1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 and authorised to act for the business you register. The information you give us must be true and kept up to date. You are responsible for everything done under your account and API keys, and must keep your credentials secure.

2. Our services

• We provide Bulk SMS, Voice SMS, Bulk WhatsApp, WhatsApp Business API, RCS messaging and a messaging API. We route messages through third-party operators and providers. Delivery depends on those networks, the recipient's device and settings, and regulation, so we cannot guarantee that every message will be delivered or delivered within a specific time.
• RCS features and verified branding depend on country, carrier, device, provider and brand verification. WhatsApp services are subject to Meta's policies and template approval.

3. Regulatory compliance

• For messages to Indian numbers, you must hold a valid DLT registration and use approved headers and content templates. You must have the consent required by TRAI regulations, the DPDP Act and other law for every person you message, and honour opt-outs promptly.
• We may block, hold or reject any message or campaign that does not match your registered headers and templates, lacks consent, or appears to break the law or our Acceptable Use Policy.

4. Wallet, pricing and payment

• Services are prepaid. You add money to your wallet and charges are deducted per message, call or conversation at the rates shown in your account. Rates may change; new rates apply to messages sent after the change.
• For channels with variable costs, such as WhatsApp and international messaging, the amount shown before sending is an estimate. The final charge follows the category and delivery reported by the provider.
• Prices are exclusive of GST, which is added as applicable. Invoices are issued for every recharge.

5. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or spam, non-payment, or when required by an operator, provider or authority. You may close your account at any time. Refunds of wallet balance follow our Refund Policy.

6. Intellectual property

The platform, software and brand belong to us. You keep ownership of your content and give us permission to process it only to provide the services.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for failures caused by operators, providers, networks or events outside our control. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

8. Indemnity

You agree to compensate us for losses, penalties and claims arising from your content, your messaging, or your breach of these Terms or the law.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at the place of our registered office have exclusive jurisdiction.
