About us
TextNSMS is a unified business messaging platform by SS Infoserve, helping businesses reach customers through SMS, Voice, WhatsApp and RCS.
Our story
SS Infoserve started in 2023 with one goal: give businesses of every size reliable, affordable ways to talk to their customers.
Businesses were juggling separate vendors for SMS, WhatsApp and voice, each with its own dashboard, wallet and contract. TextNSMS brings them together, so one team can run every channel from one place and pay only for what it sends.
We serve startups, small businesses, agencies and enterprises in India and abroad, from a single OTP to large multi-channel campaigns.
What we stand for
Transparent pricing
Pay per message from a prepaid wallet. No lock-in packs and no hidden fees.
Compliance first
DLT checks, consent records and opt-outs are built into every send.
Every channel
SMS, Voice, WhatsApp and RCS from one account, dashboard and API.
Real support
People who understand messaging, reachable when your campaign matters.
