This policy lists what you must not do with TextNSMS. It protects message recipients, operators and every customer on the platform. Breaking it can lead to message blocking, account suspension and reporting to authorities.

- Include a simple way to opt out of promotional messages, and stop messaging anyone who opts out.
- Send promotional SMS only within the time windows the regulations allow.
2. Prohibited content
- Fraud, phishing, fake offers or messages pretending to be a bank, government body or another business.
- Illegal goods or services, gambling and betting where unlawful, and unlicensed financial schemes.
- Adult content, hate speech, harassment, threats or content that harms children.
- Malware, suspicious links or URL shorteners used to hide where a link goes.
- Political or other content that breaks election or advertising rules.
3. Prohibited practices
- Using purchased, rented or scraped contact lists.
- Sending promotional content through transactional or service templates, or changing approved template text.
- Using unofficial WhatsApp tools, or trying to get around WhatsApp, RCS or operator rules.
- Sharing API keys, reselling the service without a written agreement, or overloading or probing our systems.
4. Enforcement
We monitor for abuse and may pause campaigns, block messages, suspend accounts and keep records to share with operators and authorities. Serious or repeated breaches lead to permanent closure.
5. Reporting abuse
